One morning I was dyeing my hair and plop a large drop went into my eye. Burning and redness all day. I had to get into to see an eye doctor. I called several places but could not get an appointment; however, when I called Dr. Hamideh, the assistant got me in right away. I am blessed that the doctor has the foresight to leave availability for emergencies. I got in right away. Dr. H did a thorough evaluation, flushed my eye and put me on medication. With a day, I felt relief… redness gone and back to normal. She exudes professionalism and is so very caring. I will continue to visit her for check-ups and eye needs. All I have to say is, what an amazing team! There was literally nothing that I can complain about the office of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and they seem to enjoy their jobs. Regardless, how they feel as I heard one of the girls say that they didn’t get much sleep, they were so nice. They explained everything so thoroughly! The vibe I got from them was just insanely positive!! The doctor was super friendly! Like come on, let’s think about it! How many doctors actually come out looking for you, introduce themselves, and even shake your hand. From my experience a lot of them walk in say their name and don’t even really look you in the eye. She literally looks in your eye! Haha! But, no, seriously, the staff as well as the docs are just phenomenal! One last thing, you can book your appointment online and even fill out your paperwork on the internet for them to have when you come in! Like come on!!!!!!!!!!! It just doesn’t get better! Thank you!
